What You’ll Work On

Your responsibilities will include:

• Email marketing and customer lists. Build and schedule email campaigns; import and organize contacts; clean customer lists; remove duplicates; and segment customers into relevant groups, including new, repeat, referral, ASB, and loyalty customers.
• Social media coordination. Maintain the social media calendar, schedule approved content, coordinate content needs and deadlines with marketing resources, organize assets, and compile basic performance information.
• Content and asset organization. Collect usable job content and organize photos, videos, before-and-after images, and other materials in an accessible marketing content library.
• Reviews and testimonials. Monitor new reviews, organize customer testimonials for use across marketing channels, and flag reviews requiring attention.
• Community outreach and event support. Represent FIXED at local events, community activities, and partner functions as needed. Help coordinate participation and materials, and identify opportunities for a positive community presence.
• Website support. Assist with routine updates to specials, photos, basic content, links, and calls to action as directed.
• Marketing calendar management. Keep the calendar current, track deadlines, follow up on open items, and help ensure scheduled activities are completed.
• Marketing Manager support. Assist with campaign execution, collateral, brand materials, vendor and print coordination, and other marketing projects.

Work Location & Travel

This role supports FIXED’s Erie-area operations and includes driving to/from and participating in local events, community activities, and partner functions as needed.
