Pay & Benefits

$25–$32/hour, based on experience, breadth of skills, and ability to independently diagnose and complete residential repairs.

Travel & Tools

FIXED technicians travel to customer locations throughout the company's service area, which is primarily Erie, PA, and surrounding counties. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Pay for travel time and work-related mileage is handled in accordance with applicable law and company policy.

Technicians provide their own basic work-ready hand tools appropriate to their experience; FIXED provides designated specialty tools.
