Pay: $25–$32/hour, based on knowledge, skills,experience, and the ability to independently diagnose and complete residential
repairs.

What You'll Work On

Your assignments will vary based on your skills and experience and may include:

• Carpentry, trim, doors, and minor wood repairs
• Drywall repair and painting
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Light electrical work within the scope of the position
• Shelving, television, and hardware installation
• Exterior repairs and home maintenance
• Pressure washing and gutter cleaning
• General residential repairs and improvements
• Diagnosing problems and helping determine the right repair

What You'll Bring

• Approximately 5+ years of relevant construction, remodeling, maintenance, or skilled-trade experience
• Demonstrated ability across multiple areas of residential repair
• Strong hands-on diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Sound judgment and pride in doing the job right
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Professional, friendly customer communication
• Dependability and punctuality
• Comfort using mobile technology for scheduling, communication, and job documentation
• Ability to lift, maneuver, and move 75 pounds and demonstrate adequate grip and fine-finger dexterity to work with a variety of hand and precision tools and other equipment
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus

FIXED technicians travel to customer locations throughout the company's service area, which is primarily Erie, PA, and surrounding counties. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Pay for travel time and work-related mileage is handled in accordance with applicable law and company policy.

Technicians provide their own basic work-ready hand tools appropriate to their experience; FIXED provides designated specialty tools.
