Chick-fil-A North Collins Street, Arlington, TX is seeking an Assistant Marketing Director to lead marketing and community engagement while supporting catering and restaurant operations.

This hands-on leadership role combines 50% marketing and 50% catering/restaurant operations support, reporting to the Marketing Director and restaurant leadership to strengthen community relationships and grow catering opportunities. Expect 30–40 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Formación

• Marketing, catering, restaurant, hospitality, sales, event planning, or community engagement experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn Chick-fil-A brand standards.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and execution of restaurant marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Assist with social media content, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Coordinate team member and community spotlight programs.
• Support catering sales, outreach, and relationship-building efforts.
• Assist with staging, packaging, loading, delivering, and setting up catering orders.
• Support restaurant décor, merchandising, and seasonal rollouts.
• Provide operational support during peak periods and events.
• Represent the restaurant professionally at community events and partnerships.
