Job summary

Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch in Florida is seeking a Marketing & Catering Director to lead local marketing, own the catering business, and drive sales growth. You will develop marketing strategies, grow catering from lead generation to delivery, and strengthen the Chick-fil-A brand in the trade area.

Lead or support in campaigns, social media, events, and partnerships while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of Chick-fil-A leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the restaurant’s annual marketing plan with the Operator, including objectives, budgets, and measurable goals.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, sponsorships, and events.
• Manage local social media and digital marketing initiatives.
• Build partnerships with local businesses and community groups.
• Own and grow the catering business by developing new sales opportunities and relationships.
