You will work with community partners to grow catering, coordinate spirit nights, and manage in-store promotions while updating the Spotlight app and exploring opportunities to expand sales and support the community.

Responsibilities

• The Restaurant Marketing Director will be responsible for developing yearly marketing plans, hosting community events, and appearing at community events outside of the restaurant.
• Tasks include taking the cow for cow appearances, contacting partners to establish catering business, delivering catering orders, sampling new menu items, and fielding donation requests.
• They will execute the spirit night calendar, update Spotlight (in house App tool), plan in-store promotions, and assist with beyond the restaurant sales.
• They will look for opportunities to grow sales and support our community.
