Job summary

Tokyo Electron U.S. Holdings, Inc. is offering a Summer 2027 Marketing & Communications Internship in Austin, TX. Interns will support the marketing and communications team with internal communications, event planning, and content creation for multiple channels.

Under supervision, you will draft emails, assist with social media, coordinate event logistics, and contribute ideas for campaigns while applying Lean principles to improve processes. Local travel up to 25% may be required.

• Able to draft and distribute emails for events
• Experience or coursework in social media content creation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn Lean principles and apply continuous improvement
• Comfortable with planning logistics and coordinating vendors
• Eligible for internship in the United States (Austin, TX)

Responsibilities

• Draft and distribute pre-/post-event emails and social posts
• Contribute ideas for social content related to company events
• Assist with event logistics and vendor coordination
• Support internal communications initiatives to engage employees
• Maintain event calendars and internal communications calendars
• Assist with marketing collateral development and basic content creation

They are not intended as an exhaustive list of all job duties and responsibilities.Assist in drafting and distributing pre-/post-event emails and social media posts.Contribute ideas and content for social media relevant to company events.Handle administrative tasks such as purchase order processing related to events.Help plan brand-related events, coordinating timelines and vendors under supervision.Participate in learning opportunities related to marketing collateral development.Support internal communication initiatives to foster employee engagement and culture.Support small and large-scale event logistics: booth setup/tear down, registration, promotional items, and shipping coordination.Assist with maintaining internal events and communications calendars.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to follow instructions and receive feedback constructively.Comfortable with occasional overnight travel (up to 25%).Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Basic understanding of marketing and communications principles.Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure)Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldNo experience necessary.
