Previous internship preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Assist in drafting and distributing pre-/post-event emails and social media posts.
Contribute ideas and content for social media relevant to company events.
Handle administrative tasks such as purchase order processing related to events.
Help plan brand-related events, coordinating timelines and vendors under supervision.
Participate in learning opportunities related to marketing collateral development.
Support internal communication initiatives to foster employee engagement and culture.
Support small and large-scale event logistics: booth setup/tear down, registration, promotional items, and shipping coordination.
Assist with maintaining internal events and communications calendars.
