Job summary

Siemens in Buffalo Grove, IL seeks a Marketing Communications Specialist to act as the megaphone for the Smart Infrastructure Buildings business. You will work with partners across Automation, Fire, and Security to develop and execute communications strategies, campaigns, digital execution, and events.

The role requires strong experience in marketing communications, content creation, webinars, and measurement, with collaboration across leaders, marketing, product, and sales to drive awareness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
• 5-7 years planning, directing, and executing communications to internal/external audiences.
• 5-7 years researching, analyzing, planning and executing across the marketing funnel.
• 5-7 years in messaging, content creation, and webinars.
• 5-7 years in event planning, management, and execution.
• 5-7 years in marketing communications measurement and reporting.
• 5-7 years with social media, digital marketing and communications platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel about 15%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a communications strategy across the full mix.

• Support integrated campaigns, digital execution, and events planning.
