The Antwi Group is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Marketing Department Manager to lead and manage our Marketing Department.

The Marketing Department Manager will serve as the leader of the department and will be responsible for establishing its direction, developing marketing strategies, managing marketing personnel, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring that marketing initiatives support the overall objectives and continued growth of The Antwi Group.

This is a leadership position for an individual capable of building, organizing, and managing an effective marketing operation while providing direction and accountability to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Marketing Department and its personnel.
• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for The Antwi Group.
• Establish departmental goals, priorities, procedures, and performance standards.
• Supervise Marketing Specialists, Marketing Assistants, and other marketing personnel.
• Assign responsibilities, establish deadlines, and oversee departmental projects.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop marketing team members as the department grows.
• Plan and oversee marketing, advertising, promotional, and brand-development campaigns.
• Direct digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, website marketing, and other promotional activities.
• Maintain consistency in The Antwi Group’s branding, messaging, and public image.
• Conduct and oversee market, industry, audience, and competitor research.
• Identify new opportunities for brand awareness, audience development, customer engagement, and business growth.
• Establish and monitor marketing performance indicators and campaign objectives.
• Evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies based on results.
• Coordinate marketing activities with other departments and business operations within The Antwi Group.
• Manage relationships with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, consultants, and other external marketing professionals.
• Assist with establishing and managing departmental budgets.
• Prepare marketing reports, recommendations, and strategic updates for senior management.
• Maintain accountability for the overall performance and development of the Marketing Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
• Significant professional experience in marketing, advertising, communications, brand management, or a related field.
• Previous management, supervisory, or department leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage personnel, projects, deadlines, budgets, and multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding, advertising, and marketing communications.
• Ability to evaluate marketing performance and make strategic decisions based on results.
