Position Overview

Porsche Consulting USA is seeking its first dedicated Marketing & Communications Manager to build and lead the firm’s marketing presence in North America. This is a unique opportunity to shape our brand narrative, elevate market visibility, and position Porsche Consulting as a thought leader in strategic transformation across industries including Automotive, Aerospace, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, and Industrial Goods. Working closely with Partners and senior leadership, this role will translate complex consulting insights into compelling stories, strengthen our brand voice, and foster relationships with clients, media, and industry influencers. The Marketing & Communications Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth—overseeing campaigns, events, digital channels, and partnerships to ensure consistent, high‑impact brand communication. The ideal candidate has proven experience in digital marketing, events and conference management, and professional services marketing, with the creativity to deliver results within budget and the strategic mindset to support long‑term business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop an innovative and fully developed integrated US marketing strategy designed to generate overall brand awareness for Porsche Consulting, with primary target at C‑suite level
  • Organize and coordinate Porsche Consulting’s presence at key industry events, executive forums, roundtables, client dinners and speaking engagements
  • Work in alignment with the global marketing team to best leverage global Porsche Consulting content (e.g. white papers, website content), while maintaining global brand
  • Translate Partner insights into media‑ready content: articles, white papers, LinkedIn posts, and press releases
  • Present at strategy meetings to leadership team
  • Manage marketing and communication briefs for leadership team
  • Monitor marketing activity, KPIs, ROI, and optimize outreach
  • Develop creative messaging that addresses Porsche Consulting target industries
  • Own the editorial calendar and ensure consistent, high‑quality storytelling
  • Launch targeted LinkedIn and email campaigns to support business development
  • Ensure that the tone in all channels is representative of the Porsche Consulting brand
  • Central point of contact for community involvement in coordination with Porsche Cars North America
  • Identify outreach opportunities to attend in order to leverage additional marketing platforms and channels
  • Manage and execute all off‑site events and engage with C‑Suite as primary target
  • Manage all Porsche Consulting collateral and materials
  • Provide strategic direction to public relations agency to boost media exposure and coverage
  • Route creative/content through the proper channels for approval
  • Ensure proper use of Porsche CI guidelines in conjunction with all national, corporate and standards for seamless communications through multiple channels
  • Work to identify local grass roots opportunities
  • Build relationship with US businesses and industry media
  • Manage overall marketing budget and provide for accurate and timely forecasts
Qualifications
  • Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, Management or equivalent education or experience
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in B2B marketing communications
  • Experience in working with C‑Suite as target audience
  • Professional Services or Consulting experience is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills in all Microsoft office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability
  • Ability to manage and oversee several activities at once
  • Proficient working in a multi‑cultural environment
  • Ability to effectively navigate and influence across external partners and internal cross departmental teams
