Job summary

Waga Energy in Miami, FL is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the US marketing strategy and strengthen visibility and market positioning in the United States. You will work with internal teams, design partners, industry organizations, event organizers, and media contacts to advance Waga Energy’s profile.

Reporting to the Public Affairs & Government Relations Director, you will develop and execute the US marketing strategy in line with global objectives and US business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least three years in marketing, communications, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing marketing content and managing external communication initiatives.
• Experience coordinating conferences, trade shows, or events.
• Ability to manage budgets and monitor KPIs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal teams, partners, clients, vendors, and media.

Responsibilities

• Lead US marketing strategy aligned with global objectives and business priorities.
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
• Monitor performance, leads, engagement, and budget utilization.
• Develop and maintain a US content calendar for consistent messaging.
• Coordinate outbound marketing, social media, and website updates with teams.
• Create presentations and marketing materials; coordinate design projects with contractors.
