RWE Americas, LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Market Development Manager to advance market analyses and identify new business opportunities within the US power sector. You will lead strategic analyses, assess market fundamentals, and develop competitor and customer insights to guide investment decisions.

The role requires a Master’s or advanced degree, 8+ years in market analysis or strategy in the US power sector, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Master’s degree preferred in STEM, business, or related fields.
Minimum 8 years in market analysis, business development or strategy in US power sector.
Strong knowledge of US power market fundamentals and ISO contexts.
Excellent written and spoken communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive market analyses to inform corporate strategy and investment priorities.
Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in the US market.
Develop competitor, market, and customer analyses to guide strategic initiatives.
Prioritize and analyze target markets at state/ISO/offtaker level with winning strategies.
Provide ongoing market intelligence and implications for strategic planning.
Build relationships with regulators, industry partners, and internal teams.
Prepare and present key recommendations to senior management.
