Job summary

Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications to implement a comprehensive platform that supports the school’s annual and long-range goals.

You will lead campaign management, student recruitment, and marketing material production, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications. The role requires strong written & verbal communication, editing, and storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exemplary written and verbal skills, including proofreading.
• Experience with and working knowledge of standard office software applications including Excel, Adobe suite, and email marketing software.
• Strong listening, interviewing, and storytelling skills and a strategic research approach.

Responsibilities

• Compose written materials, drafts for website and social media, and other timely communications.
• Assist with production of marketing materials and collect information for materials and stories.
• Adapt voice and content for different audiences to engage various constituencies.
• Proofread and copyedit materials (print and online).
• Research marketing trends and analyze data to support campaigns and measure effectiveness.
• Coordinate signage for campaigns and events, both electronic and traditional.
