Western Industrial is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager / Executive Assistant to lead our marketing, social media, advertising, and internal communications. You will work directly with the CEO and create content, not just manage it.

The role is 80% marketing and 20% executive support, including scheduling, correspondence, and special projects, with occasional travel within Arizona.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years in marketing or communications, ideally in construction or B2B.
• Strong portfolio with social media content and writing samples.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, basic video editing, and scheduling tools.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, create, and publish content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
• Visit job sites to capture photos and video of crews, equipment, and completed work.
• Manage paid advertising for recruiting and business development, including digital ads and sponsorships.
• Maintain and update the company website with current projects, capabilities, and openings.
• Develop client-facing materials such as capability statements, case studies, proposals support, brochures, and trade show displays.
• Write and produce messages for employees, including newsletters and video updates.
