Qualifications

Dynamic marketing professional to support marketing, communications and business development.
Experience with email marketing and social media campaigns.
Ability to research competitors and craft messaging for ads and recruiting.
Experience creating internal and external communications.

Responsibilities

Utilize digital tactics such as email marketing, social media campaigns, and media buying to drive awareness of open driver positions.
Assist with internal and external communications, newsletters, announcements, and corporate messaging.
Perform market research and develop messaging for recruiting campaigns and employer brand.
Create and execute email marketing campaigns using internal tools.
Collaborate with partners to translate service knowledge into recruiting communications.
Support employee engagement initiatives and events through content creation and planning.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
