Job summary

You will work with an experienced recruiting team on a variety of projects, aiming to enhance the candidate experience and develop in-demand HR skills within a transportation-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Some college courses preferred in Supply Chain, HR, IT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing reports and presentation materials.
• Support day-to-day activities to meet internal and external customer needs.
• Fully support financial business case analysis.
• Participate in major cost and process improvement initiatives and provide technical support in managing the business unit's financial performance.
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
