SAP SE is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support SCM and ERP programs by creating newsletters, slide decks, and engaging content. You will manage meetings, maintain SharePoint content, and collaborate across teams to enhance program visibility in a hybrid role based at Hudson Yards, NYC.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Anticipated Start Date: November/December 2026.
• Duration: 6 Months (with potential 6-month extension).
• Schedule: 40 HR/week.
• Hybrid (Mandatory): Hudson Yards, NYC.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field.
• Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date within 6 months of graduation) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.

Responsabilités

• Create and distribute newsletters and slide decks to promote program updates and activities.
• Manage meeting cadences and ensure communications and coordination are executed smoothly.
• Oversee SharePoint management and organize content for easy access and collaboration.
• Develop and curate engaging content to support program objectives.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests by delivering tailored communication resources and materials.
