Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or obtained bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Experience using Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram for a business.
• Ability to think outside of the box and stay current with digital trends.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic analytical skills.
• Interest in digital content development, content strategy and SEO/GEO.

Responsibilities

• Assist enterprise team members with the implementation of integrated marketing strategies and advertising campaigns for Business Insurance, Personal Insurance, Bond & Specialty Insurance, and Corporate initiatives.
• Assist with the development of project plans, timelines, briefs, and activation elements.
• Assist with common day-to-day administrative tasks such as meeting notes, scheduling logistics, project outlines, and production projects.
• Garner internal support/consensus for marketing campaigns/activation elements to meet identified business unit objectives.
• Work directly with agency resources (internal) on execution of marketing campaigns.
• Learn channel-specific marketing activation elements, and contribute to their development.
• Assist with researching, writing, editing and optimizing content for websites and other digital marketing channels.
• Assist with securing all necessary approvals on marketing components.
• Maintain and manage enterprise marketing production and media.
• Other duties as assigned.
