Job summary

Tokyo Electron US is seeking a motivated intern for the Summer 2027 Internship in Austin, TX. Under close supervision, you will support HR data reporting and analytics activities and learn to empower leaders by delivering accurate HR data and basic Workday reports.

You'll assist in data entry, data validation, and maintaining reporting catalogs while applying Lean thinking to project work and contributing to compliance reporting like EEOC and VETS.

Qualifications

• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with HR terminology and processes in hardware/semiconductor industry preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance principles.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Basic understanding of HR data, systems (preferably Workday), and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data cleansing and HRIS system maintenance tasks.
• Assist with routine testing of HRIS system enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR team members to understand basic report requirements.
• Follow data privacy and governance policies in all activities.
• Maintain awareness of basic HR analytics trends.
• Participate in compliance reporting activities (e.g., EEOC, VETS).
• Support ad-hoc report requests with guidance.
• Support creation and documentation of Workday user manuals and training materials.
• Generate standard Workday HR reports following established templates and guidelines.
