Qualifications

• Sophomore or Junior Marketing or business major and maintain full-time course load during internship.
• Proficiency with personal computers and software such as Excel and Word.

• Ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective agents via telephone to identify their interest in an appointment with BHHC.
• Craft marketing messages to inform and sell prospective agents on benefits of partnering with BHHC.
• Use internal data to understand market, BHHC product offering, and potential areas of growth.
• Acquire market intelligence via phone conversations with prospective agents, team meetings, interface with Field Marketing Representatives, and industry publications.
• Assist Agency Unit with application process and follow up with prospective agencies for completeness.
• Perform other marketing duties as assigned.
