You will support digital marketing, corporate communications, events, and brand initiatives across functions, with opportunities to contribute to research, content creation, and analytics while gaining exposure to global strategies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail; familiarity with AP Style is a plus.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with AI tools and applications (e.g., for content generation, analytics, or workflow efficiency).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in B2B marketing and the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing and communications projects across various departments.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
• Help organize and execute internal and external events.
• Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Monitor social media platforms, news media coverage, and communication channels for engagement and trends.
• Draft and edit marketing and communications content, including blog posts, social media updates, and internal communications.
• Collaborate on brand and creative projects, ensuring consistency with Halliburton’s brand standards.
• Collaborate with communications, digital marketing, events, community affairs, product line marketing, and brand teams on a variety of initiatives.
• Maintain organized records and processes for marketing initiatives.
• Own assigned projects and provide regular updates, recommendations, and final deliverables to stakeholders.
• Provide general administrative support for the Marketing and Communications team
