Job summary

Mitsubishi Power is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support communications, employee engagement initiatives, and strategic events for Power Generation Services. You will translate business priorities into clear communications, organized project plans, and engaging employee experiences, reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications, PGS.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Public Relations, or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in communications, marketing communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, event support, project coordination, or related discipline.
• Experience drafting business communications and coordinating projects or events.
• Experience in industrial, energy, engineering, manufacturing, or B2B environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft internal communications including announcements, employee updates, newsletters, and Viva Engage content.
• Support development of presentations, talking points, briefing materials, plans, and assets.
• Coordinate communication reviews, approvals, and distribution across stakeholder groups.
• Manage project timelines, calendars, deliverable tracking, and status updates.
