WSU Global Campus seeks a Director of Marketing for Online Program Management (OPM) Services to lead the design, launch, and management of marketing services for online degree and certificate programs.
The role oversees brand strategy, digital marketing, enrollment marketing, and market research, reporting to the AVP of the Global Campus and partnering with academic units and central marketing. This is a remote, full-time role with exempt status.
The Director of Marketing for Online Program Management (OPM Services) is the strategic leader responsible for designing, launching, and managing a comprehensive suite of OPM marketing services that support the growth of Washington State University (WSU) Global Campus online degree and certificate programs. This role builds the marketing infrastructure, systems, and processes needed to attract, convert, and retain online learners at scale.
The Director oversees brand strategy, digital marketing, enrollment marketing, market research, and performance analytics for Global Campus OPM services, ensuring alignment with WSU’s mission, academic priorities, and revenue‑growth goals. This position reports to the Associate Vice President for the Global Campus and collaborates closely with academic units, enrollment management, and central marketing.
This is a remote position with the successful candidate performing all work at an alternative location.
This is a full-time (100% FTE), permanent, remote position. This position is overtime exempt.
$6,733.54 – $8,632.73 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
