HealthierHere in Seattle seeks a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead marketing and communications for its programs and services. This role drives the HealthierHere brand, shaping messaging and campaigns to engage health systems, government agencies, and community partners.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on content development, ensuring authentic voices from communities are reflected in market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing/communications.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in communications and marketing plans.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity and social justice, with alignment to HealthierHere's values.
• Portfolio showing brand management and campaign execution.
• Experience managing vendors and contracts for communications projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies.
• Define value propositions and messaging for services and audiences.
• Produce materials: service overviews, decks, case studies, proposals.
• Lead demand generation and relationship marketing programs with campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategy based on data.
