Valley Health Foundation in Santa Clara County seeks a Marketing Director to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy. You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across campaigns, donor communications, digital marketing, website content, branding, and collateral.

You will lead a team, partner with leadership and external vendors, and ensure cohesive messaging that advances fundraising and health equity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing, communications, or brand leadership.
• Experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
• Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Expertise in branding, digital marketing, and campaign strategies.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Canva, Adobe Suite, email automation, and social media tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to support organizational goals.
• Create and oversee an annual communications plan for cohesive marketing efforts.
• Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns to enhance donor engagement.
• Partner with teams to produce brochures, banners, donor communications, and digital assets.
• Support fundraising and branding campaigns with persuasive messaging and targeted outreach.
