Job summary

CHC: Creating Healthier Communities is seeking a Director of Communications, Marketing and Events to lead integrated marketing, communications, digital engagement, and event initiatives that advance our mission. The role emphasizes demand generation, funnel performance, lead development, and donor engagement to drive organizational growth.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with strong content creation, campaign execution, and event production experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, business, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or related discipline.
• Three or more years of experience supervising staff.
• Demonstrated success in demand generation, marketing funnel management, and digital marketing performance.
• Experience planning and producing large-scale, national events.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing, communications, digital engagement, and events to advance CHC's mission.
• Drive demand generation and marketing funnel performance to support revenue, sponsorships, and donor engagement.
• Develop compelling narratives, reports, multimedia content, and thought leadership.
• Plan and produce conferences, donor and sponsor events, and virtual experiences.
• Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Manage budgets and lead a small team; coordinate with vendors and external resources.
