Partners In Health (PIH) is seeking a Coordinator, Marketing and Communications in Boston or remote within the U.S. The role blends project coordination, content management, and communications support for a growth-focused MarComms team.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years' coordinating experience, strong writing skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CMS tools. This position supports flexible work arrangements and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or relevant field preferred.
• 1–2 years' experience in coordination/support or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination and Support: manage tasks, track progress, provide updates using project tools.
• Communications: maintain SharePoint pages, coordinate CMS updates, create presentations.
• Administration: organize meetings, track contracts/invoices, support travel logistics.
