  • Strong knowledge of AP Style is preferred.
  • Prior marketing or communications experience within a law firm or other professional services environment is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while working independently and taking initiative.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization and project-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, accurate work.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, executives and support staff at all levels.
  • Professional demeanor with demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with CRM databases or similar marketing technology.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Acrobat Pro, Photoshop and InDesign, is preferred.
  • WordPress experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit and maintain a wide range of written marketing materials, including attorney biographies, practice descriptions, brochures, website content and other firm collateral.
  • Assist with the development and execution of press releases, client alerts, social media content and other external communications.
  • Support website content and ongoing website maintenance.
  • Assist with firm events and other marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and track sponsorships, surveys, legal rankings and related submissions and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple marketing and communications projects simultaneously, tracking deadlines and providing regular status updates.
  • Work closely and professionally with attorneys, firm leadership and other internal stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
  • Assist with administrative and special projects for the Marketing & Business Development team as needed.

Marketing Communications Coordinator– Law Firm

Philadelphia, PA | Hybrid | Contract / Contract-to-Hire

Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a well-established mid-size law firm in Philadelphia in its search for an experienced Marketing Communications Coordinator to join its Marketing & Business Development team. This is a contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent position for the right candidate.The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and communicator who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment. Prior law firm experience is highly preferred, although candidates with strong marketing communications experience within other professional services organizations will also be considered.

This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Business Development and will play an important role in supporting the firm's communications, marketing and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

  • This is a high-volume screen-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings

  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and document handling
