We are seeking a Communications & Marketing Coordinator to help refine our messaging, expand our reach, and engage with families, educators, and stakeholders. This multi-faceted role requires someone comfortable wearing multiple hats—from content creation and branding to digital marketing and AI-powered analytics.
Over Time, What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities in no particular order)
- Messaging & Brand Communications
- Develop and refine compelling brand messaging that communicates the value of WHILDE’s coaching programs, assessments, and holistic education approach.
- Help position WHILDE Evaluations as a must-have for parents, students, and educators.
- Write and manage website content, newsletters, blog posts, press releases, and case studies.
- Digital Marketing & AI-Powered Strategies
- Use AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, Canva AI, HubSpot AI) to enhance content creation and marketing efficiency.
- Develop and execute SEO-optimized content to improve WHILDE’s digital presence.
- Manage and analyze Google Analytics, HubSpot AI, or social media insights to measure marketing performance.
- Social Media & Community Engagement
- Manage and grow WHILDE’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) using AI-powered tools for scheduling and engagement tracking.
- Build and maintain an engaged online community, encouraging interaction with parents, educators, and advocates.
- Use AI-driven social listening tools to track audience sentiment and engagement trends.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp AI, HubSpot AI) to engage families and educators.
- Implement AI-driven segmentation and personalization to enhance audience targeting.
- Optimize email content and performance tracking using AI-enhanced analytics.
- Assist in launching and managing a monthly community program to increase engagement.
- Develop event promotions, virtual workshops, and interactive sessions for parents and educators.
- Coordinate logistics, speakers, and outreach materials.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
- Background in Marketing, Communications, Education, or Psychology.
- Experience with Content Creation, Copywriting, and Digital Marketing.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation, analytics, and automation.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in social media management and audience engagement.
- Ability to develop compelling, data-driven marketing strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with AI-driven tools for marketing automation and analytics.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted SEO research and optimization.
- Knowledge of educational marketing and audience behavior in the education sector.
- Graphic design experience using AI-powered tools like Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or DALL·E.
