Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint.
• Adobe Creative Suite or Canva proficiency preferred.
• Experience managing digital ads (Google, LinkedIn, etc.) preferred.
• Event planning and coordination experience recommended.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are non-negotiable.
• Strong initiative and ownership mindset.
• Strategic thinking and sound decision-making abilities required.
• Excellent organization and multitasking under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with branches and leadership to gather stories and create content.
• Maintain and organize SharePoint content; support employee engagement.
• Create case studies, project profiles, and branded content for multiple channels.
• Develop assets for internal/external communications (SharePoint, website, email).
• Support social media content calendar and brand consistency.
• Develop artwork and sales literature; manage project assets and workflows.
• Plan and execute a calendar of marketing events and tradeshows.
• Coordinate event logistics, vendors, staffing, and scheduling.
• Represent the company at events and support employee engagement initiatives.
