Summary

The Marketing & Communications Associate will manage projects, develop marketing materials, and create content for both external and internal audiences. The role requires collaboration across marketing, sales, IT, and other departments.

The ideal candidate will approach projects strategically, collaborate effectively, manage complex tasks, maintain good stakeholder relationships, and handle multiple priorities. Strong marketing and communication skills are essential.

This position reports to the External Marketing & Communications Manager, with a dotted line to the Internal Marketing & Communications Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and improve the library of marketing materials and assets, establishing annual update processes.
  • Create new marketing materials aligned with overall strategy, managing approval workflows.
  • Develop internal marketing content to enhance company culture and employee engagement.
  • Support LSPI’s online customer portal by managing projects, timelines, and process improvements.
  • Maintain and update LSPI’s web presence in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
  • Track marketing budgets and analyze expenditures.
  • Manage photography assets via a Digital Asset Management system or SharePoint.
  • Write and publish engaging internal stories to boost employee engagement.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SharePoint.
  • Oversee promotional items, including selection, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Provide strategic direction for internal employee engagement events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to develop compelling marketing communications across various materials.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
