The Marketing & Communications staff member plays a pivotal role in the growth and success of Portland Waldorf School by working on all aspects of the school's marketing and communications processes. This position requires a dynamic, highly organized, and efficient person who can collaborate with various stakeholders to attract and retain a diverse and qualified student body.
This is a part-time, non-exempt position, with an hourly wage range of $22.00-25.00, depending on education and work experience. Work hours are flexible, up to an average of 28 hours per week year-round, and must be agreed upon at hire. Work location is on-site during school days, and remote work is available during school breaks. Must be available for occasional evening and weekend work as requested. Benefits offered include paid sick time per Oregon Sick Leave law, retirement plan (after a 12-month waiting period), and professional development opportunities as budget allows. Preferred start date is June 1, 2026. Portland Waldorf School was founded in 1982 and is fully accredited through AWSNA. We serve over 300 students from early childhood through grade twelve on a beautiful seven-acre campus in downtown Milwaukie, just 20 minutes from downtown Portland.
