Bright Water Waldorf School is an independent school serving students Pre‑K to 8th grade with a developmentally appropriate, multidisciplinary, experiential, and academically rigorous education that cultivates students’ heads, hands, and hearts. Required Credentials:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • At least one year of experience working with early childhood (ages 1 to 6) or grade school (ages 7 - 14) children
  • Compliance with regulations outlined in the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) and active MERIT account or willingness to create one
  • Commitment to equity; anti‑racist, gender‑inclusive environments; and evaluation of systemic privilege and oppression with openness to personal and institutional growth
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with Waldorf Education or openness to learn

Location: On campus at Bright Water Waldorf School, 1414 S Weller Street, Seattle, WA 98144

Hours: Part Time; Variable hours from Monday - Friday during the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., depending upon shift needs

Compensation: $20.76 - $35.00/hour, depending upon experience
