Job summary

Doosan Bobcat is seeking motivated students for Co-op and Internship opportunities in West Fargo. You will engage across Operations, Activation, Intelligence, and Planning to gain hands-on experience with real-world projects while supporting branding, events, and digital campaigns.

As a Co-op or Intern, you will work full-time for the 8-month term or part-time during a semester for 4 months, across 18 functions, gaining exposure to corporate and production environments and contributing to

Qualifications

Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Be able to commit to the 8-month co-op or 4-month internship term.
Basic computer skills and ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

Partake in process improvement discussions.
Assist with marketing task management system, Monday.com.
Collaborate on photo shoot scheduling preparation.
Support lead and opportunity management within Salesforce.com.
Manage, edit, and maintain website content.
Day-to-day operational tasks including email inbox monitoring, invoice support, agency and vendor management, photo asset requests, and metrics gathering.
Support the execution and logistics of brand activations, ensuring all operational needs are met.
Coordinate with vendors and partners for on-site event requirements and branding materials.
Assist in the preparation and organization of branded merchandise and promotional materials for events.
Develop digital media strategies and campaigns for social media.
Create custom reporting and analyze performance data.
Support planning, coordination, and execution of brand activation events, including on-site assistance and logistics management.
Assist with experiential marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content for activations.
Prepare, analyze, and summarize marketing reports for key stakeholders.
Analyze the effectiveness of brand experiences and activations, offering data-driven optimization recommendations.
Track consumer engagement metrics from activations to inform future strategies.
Review creative content to ensure imagery, messaging, and branding are accurate.
Assist with marketing communications for external and internal audiences.
Partake in trade show planning and assist with deliverables.
Provide marketing support to dealers as needed.
Collaborate on activation timelines to meet all deliverables.
