• Must meet university co-op program requirements.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Eager to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

The Role: Our site in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Marketing Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be full-time, 6 months in duration beginning in January 2027.

Join our team and gain hands-on experience supporting marketing initiatives that help drive business growth and customer engagement. As a Marketing Co-op, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to real projects, and develop valuable skills in content creation, market research, and product marketing.

What You'll Do

• Create and enhance marketing materials, including product presentations, datasheets, sales collateral, and visual content that support customer and business needs.
• Adapt and tailor presentations and messaging for diverse audiences, ranging from customers and industry partners to internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of compelling marketing content that showcases our products, solutions, and value proposition.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging opportunities.
• Analyze market insights and help translate findings into actionable recommendations for the marketing team.
• Monitor product activity and production levels, assisting with planning efforts to support business objectives and market demand.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals across marketing, product management, and sales teams, gaining exposure to a variety of business functions.

What We Seek

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in marketing, market research, and business strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Eligibility

• Must be a currently enrolled student.
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.
• Must be familiar with the university's requirements to participate in a co-op program.

Compensation

Compensation: $20-$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
