The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced with CRM and project management tools, capable of juggling multiple tasks while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in note-taking and documentation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Background in customer service, administration, or operations.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Hubstaff, Monday.com).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Understanding of marketing terminology and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings (virtual and in-person) to take comprehensive and structured notes.
• Delegate tasks to internal team members based on client requests and project priorities.
• Follow up on task progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Store and share notes with stakeholders for reference and accountability.
• Provide clear instructions and deadlines to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Track task progress using project management tools and monitor milestones.
• Provide client updates and gather required documents to facilitate project completion.
