Responsibilities

• Support the CMO in setting priorities, managing the planning calendar, and preparing board decks and investor updates.
• Drive the CMO's operating rhythm, including agendas, leadership meetings, and communications.
• Run cross-functional programs from scoping to delivery, maintaining a portfolio view of initiatives and follow-through on action items.
• Support budget tracking and agency and vendor management.
• Partner with Marketing leadership, Sales, RevOps, and Finance to align on shared goals.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks, and lead special projects like martech implementations with clear plans and status reporting.
• Act as a communication bridge between the CMO and stakeholders, crafting compelling internal messaging.
• Handle sensitive matters with discretion and diplomacy.
