Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support client marketing efforts, drive product innovation, merchandising, and promotions. The role acts as a bridge between Aramark's Marketing team and client locations, ensuring client and consumer needs are met while upholding Aramark standards.

The role involves research, campaign development, event coordination, and collaboration with account teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of product, marketing and/or merchandising experience.
• Must have 2-3 direct reports experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or marketing.
• Proven ability to increase sales and measure ROI from programs.
• Proactive and strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and client interaction skills.
• Proficient at using social media and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Marketing Research and Data collection: focus groups, surveys, campus mapping, trend development.
• Develop Marketing Plans and campaigns to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
• Support Business Development with RFPs, sales presentations and client reviews.
• Coordinate events, promotions, collateral, media, PR, website, and social media marketing.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
