Job summary

Aramark seeks a Marketing Specialist to support clients with product innovation, merchandising and promotions, serving as a liaison between Aramark's Marketing team and client's locations to meet needs while upholding standards.

Responsibilities include market research, campaign development, sales support, events, and digital presence. Strong leadership, communication, and MS Office/social media proficiency are required for success.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of product, marketing and/or merchandising experience.
• Requires people management experience for 2–3 direct reports.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing.
• Proven ability to increase sales and measure ROI of programs.
• Proactive, creative, and strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and client interaction abilities.
• Proficient in social media and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conducts marketing research and data collection (focus groups, surveys, trend analysis).
• Develops marketing plans and promotional strategies for locations to boost sales.
• Supports sales with proposals, presentations, and client reviews.
• Coordinates events, campaigns, collateral, media, and digital updates.
• Builds relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
