Stasis Drilling Solutions is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support external communications strategies across events, digital marketing, product launches, content development, and branding. The role partners with sales, engineering, operations, and vendors to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

You will translate technical concepts into compelling content and visual storytelling while managing multiple projects, events, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing, communications, or related role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading; able to translate technical concepts into content.
• Strong project management; coordinating multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Experience planning and coordinating industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and event channels.
• Develop content and visuals for social media, website, emails, brochures, presentations, case studies, and technical sales materials. Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling technical and customer-focused content (writing and visual storytelling).
• Assist with photography, video production, and multimedia content initiatives.
• Maintain and organize marketing assets, content libraries, and brand resources.
