Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Efficient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital tools.
• Interest in digital marketing, advertising, and analytics.
• Previous marketing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Campaign Managers with day-to-day digital campaign tasks and coordination.
• Support campaign reporting, including gathering data, updating spreadsheets, and organizing performance metrics.
• Help with digital campaign setup, quality assurance, and monitoring.
• Review campaign materials for accuracy, including links, creative assets, and campaign details.
• Organize campaign assets, documentation, and internal tracking materials.
• Assist with research and other digital marketing projects as needed.
• Work closely with the digital team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
