Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Windows-based databases is preferred.
• Salesforce, Brevo, Pardot, Canva and Monday.com experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing email campaigns and social media campaigns including testing and layout reviews.
• Support campaign development, coordination and reporting while managing production tasks.
• Coordinate campaign assets, timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time execution across channels.
• Write, review and edit marketing items for clarity and brand alignment.
• Contribute to creative development and project reporting to stakeholders.
