Job summary

CMG Financial is seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage an in-house marketing strategy that supports sales efforts through our CRM, SEO platform, and social media channels. You will coordinate and deploy marketing campaigns while ensuring deadlines are met and systems stay aligned with branding.

In this role, you will collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to strategize and execute campaigns, monitor progress, and report results.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; experience with CRM, SEO, and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales staff harvest existing database through dynamic data searches.
• Use Social Media to promote individuals branding.
• Review and strategize potential deployments based off individual’s data.
• Coordinate and deploy marketing campaigns and provide weekly status reports on goals.
• Partner with Marketing leadership to strategize and execute internal programs and projects.
• Update Marketing systems to reflect sales branding and run regular meetings with Sales staff.
