Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Marketing Campaign Analyst for a 6-month contract role with our client in the Minneapolis, MN area.

This role is 100% remote.

Summary
  • The Marketing Campaign Analyst supports the development, execution, measurement, and refinement of multi-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns by partnering with analysts, data scientists, marketing specialists, marketing managers, and third-party data and service providers.
  • They develop campaign requirements, create targeted segments and models, identify key performance metrics, and seek opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • The analyst sets pre-campaign analytics objectives, develops audiences and targeting strategies.
  • They design, coordinate, and schedule multi-channel campaigns, maintaining the marketing calendar.
  • Provide comprehensive performance measurement, perform mid-campaign adjustments, and report on ROI and customer lifetime value contributions.
  • Assist with adopting new campaign or CRM technologies within our digital experience platform.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing campaign management or related fields.
  • Experience analyzing large structured and unstructured data sets.
  • Experience with digital experience platforms such as Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, Redpoint, etc.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and use reporting tools for analysis.
  • Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Effective teamwork and ability to meet deadlines with quality output.
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and high motivation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize multiple projects.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings; occasional travel may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, Denodo, and Power BI.
  • Experience with customer lifetime value, churn prediction, or next best action models.
Compensation

Hourly W2 pay rate: $45.00 - $53.00/hr.

Additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities available.
