Job summary

PDM Precast, Inc. is seeking a Marketing/Branding professional to perform marketing tasks supporting internal and external initiatives and help establish a framework for the marketing department.

This role collaborates with external partners and internal departments to create content, manage social media, and coordinate events, with emphasis on branding and consistent messaging across channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing coursework at an accredited college or university.
• Experience in commercial building construction, design, or custom manufacturing industries.

Reports to: Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Position Summary: Perform marketing and branding tasks that support internal and external initiatives. Help establish framework for future PDM marketing department.

Areas of Accountability:

• Work with external marketing and production resources
• Assist with maintaining and creating photographic and video materials that can be used by various departments
• Developing and posting content to PDM social media accounts; including project profiles, PDM employment opportunities, and PDM internal communication pieces
• Assist with developing PDM website content
• Assist with maintaining the PDM brand; including employee space and internal/external document branding
• Assist with the company store
• Visit with internal departments to gain functional familiarity
• Work with human resources to support hiring campaigns; including developing handouts, presentation materials, executing advertising initiatives, and attending career fairs/communication sessions
• Assist with planning and facilitating internal events; including training sessions, celebrations, and meetings
• Assist with planning and facilitating external events; client get togethers, charity engagements, and meetings
• Work with sales teams to develop and communicate content to various external partners; including precast architectural precast samples and technical specifications, glass & glazing samples and technical specifications, and formal RFP proposal responses; including resumes, project profiles, and document formatting

Qualifications:

Knowledge and Skills: Microsoft Office skills required. Various graphic & visual content development skills preferred

Education: 2 or more years of marketing or similar coursework at an accredited college or university.

Experience: Some exposure to and/or experience in commercial building construction, design, and/or custom manufacturing industries
