Job summary

VMC Group is seeking a creative Marketing Specialist to support branding, collateral, trade shows, presentations, and multi-channel communications. You will coordinate projects, assist with graphic design, manage event logistics, and liaise with our external marketing agency.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, 3–5 years of marketing experience, proficiency in PowerPoint, and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing, communications, or coordination experience.
• Experience with trade shows, event planning, and print production.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Travelling up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, signage, and promotional items.
• Assist with graphic design projects for print and digital marketing.
• Develop sales presentations, proposals, and customer-facing materials.
• Plan and coordinate trade shows, industry events, and related logistics.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the company’s marketing agency.
• Support website updates, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and creative asset files.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and leadership teams to support business objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
