Chubb Benefits is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to join our fast-paced, high energy, growing team. You will build, execute, and optimize automated communications for benefits messaging, partnering with marketing, content, operations, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of marketing automation experience, is detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a review-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing automation or related roles.
• Experience with Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsabilités

• Build, launch, and manage automated communications and workflows.
• Segment audiences and tailor messaging for benefits campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation with goals and timelines.
• Monitor performance and optimize to improve engagement.
• Maintain data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support lead nurturing and lifecycle communications for benefits offerings.
• Create reports and share insights on performance and engagement.
• Stay updated on marketing automation best practices and tools.
