Responsibilities

• Design and manage email nurture sequences — triggers, content flow, timing, exit conditions
• Own the lead scoring model — dimensions, weights, thresholds, quarterly validation
• Automate the marketing-to-sales handoff — qualified leads reach Sales with full engagement history
• Configure retargeting audiences from behavioral data with intent-based targeting
• Monitor automation health daily — sequence errors, delivery issues, stuck leads
• Maintain marketing automation SOPs — document every sequence, rule, and trigger
