Qualifications

• 3+ years running email and automation programs.
• Experience with CRM-driven campaigns and lifecycle flows.
• Familiarity with deliverability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Run the email program in HubSpot (or Mailchimp, with a move to HubSpot on the horizon)
• Build lifecycle flows, nurture tracks and segments that match how customers buy
• Keep the contact database clean: dedupes, list hygiene, opt-outs
• Build forms, landing pages and A/B tests
• Report on opens, clicks and pipeline in a way the sales team trusts
• Handle light HTML when a template needs it
